Customer Service Employee (24-40 hours per week)

Are you communicative, customer-oriented and do you speak fluent German and Dutch? Join our team as a Customer Service Employee Germany and make a crucial contribution to our customer satisfaction. In this role you provide customer service to our German customers, so excellent command of German is necessary. For effective communication with your colleagues, a command of English and/or Dutch is required.

Job requirements (and wishes):

• Excellent command of the German language, spoken and written.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch is a strong advantage.
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Experience with CRM systems and customer service tools (e.g. Freshdesk).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in managing customer expectations and handling complaints effectively.
