Logistics & Returns Employee (32-40 hours per week)

Location: Capelle aan den IJssel

Are you the logistics jack-of-all-trades we are looking for?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Logistics & Returns Employee to join our team. In this role you are a crucial link in our distribution process, where you are responsible for efficiently and accurately preparing shipments to various B2B customers and prominent marketplaces such as bol.com, Amazon, Kaufland, and CDiscount. You will also play a key role in our reverse logistics, an area that requires just as much precision and attention as our outbound shipments.

Your responsibilities:

• Preparing and coordinating shipments to B2B customers and online marketplaces.
• Active involvement and management of the returns process, including checking recalls and reviewing warranty cases.
• Carrying out simple repairs, mainly consisting of replacing main parts, where technical affinity is an advantage.

What are we looking for?

• You are proactive, independent and accurate.
• You preferably have technical affinity and are able to carry out simple repairs.
• Experience with logistics processes and returns management is a plus.
• You are a team player who can also work well independently.
