Not completely happy with your purchase?

No problem! You can return it, and we’ll refund you.
The shipping costs are at your expense, but we offer the option to purchase a discounted return label once your withdrawal has been registered and approved.

Important to know

• These are our return conditions.
• The reflection period is up to 14 days after receipt.
• The product and packaging must be undamaged, complete, and clean.
• You pay for the return shipping (with the option to purchase a discounted shipping label).

Note: Please wait until you have received an email from us with explicit confirmation and instructions before sending anything back, otherwise significant delays may occur in processing your withdrawal.

What happens after this?

1. We process your request within 24 hours on business days and send you an email with confirmation and instructions.
2. Once your package has been delivered to us, we process it within a maximum of 5 business days (but usually much faster).
3. If your withdrawal meets our return conditions, we will refund the full purchase amount within 5 business days (but usually much faster) to the payment method & account you used.
