Whether it’s a manufacturing defect or accidental damage that occurred during use, we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly and professionally for you.

• These are our return conditions.
• For a fast resolution, it’s important that you describe the issue as clearly and completely as possible.
  Photos and videos are crucial as they often allow us to prevent a return shipment (for example, by sending you a spare part). If the video or photo files are too large (>5mb), please use www.wetransfer.com to send the files to info@kenners.nl and be sure to include the reference/order number.
• The warranty period is 2 years for manufacturing defects. Damage caused by misuse, user error, or normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
• During the first 12 months, we provide a free shipping label. After that, you can purchase a discounted label once your repair request has been approved (you will receive an email with instructions).
• After 12 months, the burden of proof for manufacturing defects lies with you.
• You are responsible for proper packaging and any transport damage. Take photos before shipping.

What happens next?

• We confirm your request within 24 hours by email.
• After receiving the product, the repair starts within 5 business days.
• Normally, the repair then takes less than 5 business days.
• We will keep you informed by email when:
  1. the repair starts,
  2. there are questions or comments,
  3. the repair is completed.
