Kenners' promises: delivery times & shipping
You've finally made the decision and paid for your order! Now, of course, you'd prefer to receive your items yesterday. We understand, and that's why we do our best to keep as many items in stock as possible, so your order is usually delivered the next day. That's why you'll find reliable real-time inventory information on every product page, just above the shopping cart button, or an estimated delivery time if the item is not in stock in our own warehouse.

Free shipping on orders over €49!
In the Netherlands , Belgium and Germany we ship for free from €49 .
For smaller orders we charge a contribution of only €4.95 towards shipping costs.
Depending on your package and delivery address, we ship with the following carriers: DHL or DPD.
For Belgium and France we choose DPD , and in the Netherlands and Germany DHL .
We use one shipping rate for all shipments.
We always send letterbox parcels with track & trace, unless otherwise agreed.
Normally, a shipment is offered at least once. Depending on the carrier, a new delivery attempt will be made or the package will be taken to a collection point.
Ordered before 5pm, shipped the same day
If all products are in stock and your order is paid for before 5:00 PM, it will be shipped the same business day. In the Netherlands, you'll almost always receive it the next day (except Sundays, Mondays, and public holidays).

In the Netherlands, orders are almost always delivered the next day (except Sundays, Mondays, and public holidays). However, please keep in mind that sometimes something can go wrong with us and/or the carrier, causing your package to be delayed. So, if it's important that your package arrives on time, please order well in advance.

We can then assess the risk in advance and take measures to ensure the greatest chance of success.
Delivery times Belgium and Germany
In Belgium and (western) Germany the delivery time is 2-3 days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
In the eastern part of Germany, delivery time can take up to 3-4 days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
You will always receive a track & trace link with which you can follow the delivery.
Shipping from Monday to Friday
Orders are shipped 5 days a week , Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday (before 4pm).

Track your shipment with track & trace
Every order at Kenners is shipped with a track & trace link, allowing you to track the delivery and delivery time. You'll receive the track & trace (link) by email from the carrier as soon as they collect the package from our warehouse.
The link is This is usually only active after the package has been processed at the carrier's first depot (usually overnight). The track & trace link should show an active status the next morning. If this isn't the case, please contact us .
Didn't receive an order confirmation?
You've ordered and paid for your items, the money has already been debited, but you haven't received an order confirmation from us yet? That's certainly not our intention. We send our confirmations automatically. In this article, we explain what might have gone wrong and how you or we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Missed delivery attempt?
Did you miss the carrier's delivery? Don't panic! Open the track & trace link you received from us and check the status. Most carriers offer the option to provide new delivery instructions or deliver the package to a nearby collection point. Some carriers only make one delivery attempt and then send the package directly to a collection point. First, contact the carrier's customer service for the most accurate information and current options . You can find the carrier's contact details on the track & trace page. Keep the track & trace code handy when you call or email the carrier.
Incorrect delivery address provided?
For deliveries within the Netherlands, we automatically check whether the delivery address you entered is correct (postal code and house number). For all other countries (including Belgium and Germany), you are responsible for ensuring the information is correct. If a shipment fails due to an incorrectly entered delivery address, we will recalculate shipping costs for the new shipment.
Partial delivery on request
Orders over €98 can be shipped in up to two partial deliveries upon request .
We will only split smaller orders to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany upon request and for a €4.95 contribution to shipping costs. Other countries will be shipped not eligible for partial delivery.
We may not be able to process your partial delivery request in time, especially during evenings, weekends, and peak times. Please keep this in mind when ordering and checking out multiple products with different delivery times. You can always contact us beforehand to discuss the options. We're always happy to help.
Pick up order?
Pickup is available at our central warehouse in Capelle aan den IJssel. You'll find the address and rules below.
- Please contact us on weekdays before 5pm to schedule a pick-up order.
We are closed on Sundays, so please contact us before 5pm on Friday.
We will then ensure that you can pick it up the same day ( at least two hours later ). - No payment options: the order must be paid in advance.
- For orders smaller than €49, a €4.95 collection fee will be charged.
