No problem! You can return it and we'll refund you.
Shipping costs are your responsibility, but we offer the option to purchase a shipping label at a discount once your cancellation has been registered and approved in accordance with our return policy.

- The cooling-off period is up to 14 days after receipt.
- Product and packaging are undamaged, complete and clean
- You pay the shipping costs (with the option to purchase a discounted shipping label).
Please note: please wait until you have received an email from us with express confirmation and instructions before sending anything, otherwise there may be (serious) delays in processing your cancellation.
What happens next?
- We will process your request within 24 hours on working days and send you an email with confirmation and instructions.
- Once your package has been delivered to us, we will process it within 5 working days at the latest (but usually much faster).
- If your cancellation meets our return policy, we will refund the full purchase amount to the payment method and account you used for payment within 5 business days (but usually much sooner).
